On the 19th of July 2016, RAT-Spezialmaschinen GmbH celebrated the opening of its new plant in Haiger with guests, customers, partners, suppliers, and employees.
The strategic decision to relocate the plant of RAT-Spezialmaschinen GmbH from Frankfurt to Haiger, Germany, was an important step to strengthen the competitive position of the entire group. By combining both machinery and tooling competence in one place, RAT created not only a European but a worldwide address for high-quality engineering and tooling 'Made in Germany'.
After several months of intensive relocation efforts, the new plant was ready for operation in the summer of 2016.
The official opening took place in the production area among machinery and tooling equipment. In the presence of the owner Paolo Scudieri, numerous guests, partners, customers, and employees celebrated the event together and listened to speeches from the three managing directors: Uwe Herzog, Pietro Lardini, and Alberto Buniato.
RAT-Spezialmaschinen GmbH expressed its sincere gratitude to all guests and especially to the employees who contributed to bringing the company to its current high level of excellence.
